Bridgestone produces heavy-duty off-the-road tires at seven plants globally. Shimonoseki, Hofu, Kitakyushu of Japan, Aiken, Des Moines, Bloomington of the United States, and Bridgestone Specialty Tire Manufacturing Thailand.

Shimonoseki plant

  • Specialized to manufacture off the road tires, including ultra-large tires

Kitakyushu plant

  • Specialized to manufacture large & ultra large off the road tires

Hofu plant

  • Place: Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan

  • Manufactures passenger tires and off the road tires

Aiken plant (Aiken Giant Tire Manufacturing Plant)

  • Established: 2014
  • Place: South Carolina, U.S.A.
  • Plant Size: 139,000㎡
  • Specialized to manufacture off the road tires including Giant tires.

Des Moines plant

  • Place: Iowa, U.S.A.

  • Manufactures agriculture and off the road tires.
